They still had the wrong phone number for me even though I told them twice before. That cost me a weekend rental car. I had them replace the water pump, which wasn't something I asked to be checked, because I didn't want to risk driving away if it was malfunctioning. That an the diagnostics for a measily $1600. They wanted to replace both of my exhaust manifolds because one had warped, which the service writer said "they do that." Huh?? They do that? 2018 JGC with exhaust manifolds that "do that." Cool! Anyway, the wanted $6500 for the repairs I did myself for $500. I could buy another car for 6500?? More
