Since I had my appointment at the dealer this morning I would go through with it and have them do the update, only to arrive and have the Service Rep tell me it will be 2 hours as this is always the case a would go through with it and have them do the update, only to arrive and have the Service Rep tell me it will be 2 hours as this is always the case and no clue there was an update. Same with the Service Manager that was unaware and standard practice is to get the vehicle and have the tech search the history for updates and go from there. Stated there was an update but Manager keep saying there will always be updates and one usually in month so why wanting this one and what are you trying to fix? This is not to Fix Anything you Morons only to Update the system so it run smoother ! Service --- F More
