I live out of town and I did not want to waste my time driving to Ft Peirce if they were not going to work with me and my payment. Todays technology is great, we sent text back and forth for a few days, then I drove over and came back to Okeechobee with a new car! Matthew provided me with clear, concise information during the entire process. He was not pushy...he was my guide to place me into the vehicle for my needs and my budget. We got there at 2:30 (the appointment had been set up that morning) to find our salesman had left for the day. This was after sitting in the lounge for 1/2 hour and them bringing out a different salesman that had no idea who we were. Finally another salesman came out and explained their computer system had been up and down and he'd be handling us in Andre's absence. We offered to come back the next day, but were told to wait (it was the day before the end of the month). We waited over an hour to finally see the finance guy and sign papers. Then we had to ask to have someone show us how everything worked in the car (I was left on my own to do the OnStar setup). What should have been 1/2 appointment to pick up the car turned into a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. Granted, I do understand computer issues, but the confusion of everyone there is why I rated 3 stars instead of higher. More
