Their unprofessionalism put a black cloud over my car buying experience until Dyer. The ENTIRE sales force and service dept. at Dyer have renewed my faith in dealerships as a whole. I highly recommended to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to start at Dyer first as to not waste your time or money. More
Awesome car buying experience!! We unexpectedly had to go in search of a good used vehicle on Saturday morning. When you have not planned for this it can be quite stressful, we drove We unexpectedly had to go in search of a good used vehicle on Saturday morning. When you have not planned for this it can be quite stressful, we drove to Dyer after stopping at one other dealership, met Christian Devercelly who walked with us around the used car lot, nothing really clicked but he invited us to come inside and while sitting with him he researched more and found a Chevrolet Tahoe that was just being traded at that very moment, he went to get additional info on it and sure enough it was exactly what we needed, the price was absolutely perfect for us , even better than we were expecting. From that point on he worked extremely hard to get everything done for us that afternoon so the car could be checked in, then have it serviced and cleaned and also had to do additional work for the financing part because of the fact that it was used and had having limited options for the financing, in the end he took such good care of us we will be forever grateful for all the attention he gave us. It was really busy there on Saturday and he missed out on meeting with customers that were probably spending much more than us, but he never acted like he was put out at all. That is what truly makes a special person to deal with, in addition we would like to thank the finance department who definitely had to spend much additional time on a weekend to get the job done. Tina Klein, general manager at the dealership is one of a kind as well, she checked on us several times to be sure we were being taken care of, that made us feel very special, because of the fact they were busy and I'm sure many of the sales were much higher in price than we were spending, but that in no way was an issue for anyone at Dyer Chevrolet, they treat everyone the same. I would recommend that when out vehicle shopping on the Treasure Coast that at least stop by Dyer and give them a chance, for sure they will make shopping a pleasant experience!!! More

Outstanding customer service While traveling from North Georgia to South Florida to go on a cruise, our 2014 Impala had engine problems. We stopped in Ft Pierce Florida at Dyer Ch While traveling from North Georgia to South Florida to go on a cruise, our 2014 Impala had engine problems. We stopped in Ft Pierce Florida at Dyer Chevrolet. Bill Hernandez had the car checked out right away. When it become obvious it could not be fixed in time for us to make our cruise, he gave us a loaner car. When we got back in town 10 days later, the car was fixed, washed and ready for us to go home. This was great customer service. Everyone at the dealership treated us quite well. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. They changed a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. Went from looking to buying very easily ! My wife & I decided to do some tire kicking this past Sunday since we were considering buying a new larger SUV, but were not sure which brand was best My wife & I decided to do some tire kicking this past Sunday since we were considering buying a new larger SUV, but were not sure which brand was best for us. We hit several dealerships along US 1 and saw several we liked but when we got to Dyer, we were greeted by John Giarratana. Right away it was clear this would be a " no pressure" look. John took plenty of time showing us a few SUV's and explained all the features of the Tahoe, which was what we were interested in by then. After a while, we went inside and it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. He checked inventory, and explained he had a nice clean 2014 Silverado LTZ, which said might be better since it gave us both what we wanted ( me a truck & my wife the SUV). We went outside again and he showed us a very clean truck, which had everything we were looking for, but at a much lower, manageable price. After he showed us & explained this vehicle, we said we would come back Monday to further discuss price & trade-in, and John did indeed work hard to get us a great price. We met his Manager, Joe Noach, who made the end negotiation very painless, and we came close to our price for our trade-in. John & Joe handled all the paperwork and vehicle prep, and today (Thursday) we took our "new" vehicle home and are already enjoying all of its features. We are both very happy since John saw a way to get us both what we wanted, and we are very grateful to him for taking so much time to explain & show us all the features and benefits. We also had an opportunity to meet some of the parts guys, and they too are very easy and pleasant to deal with. Stop in and do yourself the favor of getting a great deal, and having a pleasant experience at the same time. By the way, we are both originally from the New York area, and are used to "car sales people" and have seen some very bad apples, but not at Dyer. The managers and owners should be very proud of their employees, since they are the face of the dealership and are doing a great job! More
Best dealership hands down We had to trade our 2014 F350 to lower the payments. Christian helped us get into a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for $33,000 after rebates. This made the payments much lower and we are amazed with the truck. Every person we have dealt with went above and beyond. Service department has excellent service skills and very professional. Buy a car and tell them Scott Weber sent you with his word that you won't be sorry. More
4 times 6 months A/C still not working stay as far away from them the will try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. and do NOT go there for a repair. if the guys stop smoking and wo stay as far away from them the will try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. and do NOT go there for a repair. if the guys stop smoking and work on your car it's only takes them 10 ours to change a hose. this on a pick up that did not have 10,000 miles on it yet. and then it will only last a month and you be with out A/C again. then it takes 4 days to get your truck back. and then it will be low on 134-A refrigerant. so you will have to go back again. and now 2 months later. the A/C blows warmer than the outside air. all this in a CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE. that was purchased at the end of April with 4,000 miles and now beginning of October with 25,000 miles. i would not even give them one star but i had to other wise i could not enter this post. More
