Sales Rep Mark Heyman I my 50 years of driving I have purchased many cars. Last week, my leased Toyota Avalon was rear ended and total. If that was not enough stress the I my 50 years of driving I have purchased many cars. Last week, my leased Toyota Avalon was rear ended and total. If that was not enough stress the insurance co wanted me to surrender the rented car they provided within 3 days. Now the fun begins. I went to several dealers and all they wanted to do was put you any car and make the sale. Finally, I decided this was enough! I called Dyer Chevy and made an appointment with Mark Heyman. Best decision I ever made. I met with Mark on Sunday, and he listened to me and my needs and wants. After talking for some time, we went around the lot looking for that perfect car. I was looking at a dark blue Impala in the showroom, but was unsure. Mark realized that was the car for me and understood my hesitation. Without missing a beat, he suggested I take a test ride in this 2014 Impala and it was all over. The car was loaded with all kinds of options and the price was right. We went for a ride and Mark explained and demonstrated all of the options the car had. He is the most knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and sincere salesman I ever dealt with. Well, he lived up to every word and stood by what he said he could do for us. I could not stop thanking Mark for his patience in finding the right Camaro to suit our budget, his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy and contented with the deal, his enthusiasm for wanting us to be comfortable with our choice and most of all, which sets him apart from other salesmen, he actually genuinely care about his customers. He was very thorough in explaining the dynamics of the vehicle and making sure we understood and can operate each feature. His concern for our contentment was amazing. I have dealt with car salesmen for over 30 years and never, have I ever, had a salesman that can come remotely close to Mark. He treated us with respect and dignity. It was a very hard to choose between the Mazda and Malibu..if it came to buying the car from Dyer Chevrolet or Mazda strictly based on personnel and knowledge of product.I would definitely say the staff from Dyer were spot on.. I had to order the car sight unseen, since no one had any in inventory,and the 2015s were not built yet, but John helped me decide every feature on the car, right down to the brake calipers and floor mats. The car arrived before I had been promised. The pick up process was quick and easy, and John went over every feature in and out very thoroughly. Everyone at Dyer was friendly and professional, and the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived. I even had to order the car without knowing the exact price since the 2015 car had not been released. Luckily, the price was very close to the 2014, and John G. kept me informed throughout the process. I love this car!!! More
