Best decision I ever made. I met with Mark on Sunday, and he listened to me and my needs and wants. After talking for some time, we went around the lot looking for that perfect car. I was looking at a dark blue Impala in the showroom, but was unsure. Mark realized that was the car for me and understood my hesitation. Without missing a beat, he suggested I take a test ride in this 2014 Impala and it was all over. The car was loaded with all kinds of options and the price was right. We went for a ride and Mark explained and demonstrated all of the options the car had. He is the most knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and sincere salesman I ever dealt with.
