The dealership came through with a know electricaly issue on the Chevy Traverse. Transmission xxxx position sensor/wire connection that keeps failing. Was replaced twice under factory warranty. Neeced to on the Chevy Traverse. Transmission xxxx position sensor/wire connection that keeps failing. Was replaced twice under factory warranty. Neeced to be replaced again, GM would note cover this know flaw, howevery Dyer Chevrolet came through and fixed it anyway at no charge. I was given a 7:30 appointment to bring my car in . Upon my arrival I was told technicians don’t come in until 8:15 and my car won’t be looked at until 8:30. When I asked why I was bringing in my car Upon my arrival I was told technicians don’t come in until 8:15 and my car won’t be looked at until 8:30. When I asked why I was bringing in my car 1 hour before it would possibly be looked at , I was told , in order to wait on line . Quite a way to run a business , schedule appointments for your customers, knowing nothing will be done for an hour . Wow More
