I was looking to buy my very first EV so I was looking for the EV6 II found one at Dyer Kia it had all the features I was looking for.. the reason why I was trying to buy this car is was because I was tr for the EV6 II found one at Dyer Kia it had all the features I was looking for.. the reason why I was trying to buy this car is was because I was trying to downsize but my experience with this dealership was not the greatest my sales agent was awesome but when it came to the numbers it was absolutely ridiculous they inflated the price on the car and they didn’t even honor the discount that had furthermore they hardly gave me money on my trades keep in mind both are fairly new vehicles still today I waiting for another quote on another vehicle that I was also looking into.. What it’s most disappointing is that they advertise that they want to help and they can get you done but it seems to me like every other dealership it’s all smoke and mirrors I won’t recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for a KIA look elsewhere More
I have a brand new 2023 car. it was my first time using this locations services. I booked an appointment for my regular 5000 miles servicing and asked them to look at my tires th it was my first time using this locations services. I booked an appointment for my regular 5000 miles servicing and asked them to look at my tires that were leaking if they need to be changed or patched. I waited hours for the service to be completed and after it was done they confirmed everything was done and the tires could be patched. I made sure to ask if anything is needed as I rather to do extra services to make sure my car is a 100%, the representative said "trust me, we love selling stuff, so if you needed anything else we're let you know" I woke up super early the next morning for my road trip and as soon as I drove out my garage, I saw that my tire was flat. I had to call AAA (paid for it ) and wait for Dyer Kia to open to go back there. They did not fix my tire the day before and I don't know what else (the front desk guy who took me around back to discuss the tires, even whispered to me on the way out " tbh I don't think they did any yesterday". I left there trusting that my car was perfect and they did not fix it. if the situation was worse, I could be driving a defective car and putting my life in danger. It did not stop there, because on my road trip, as I drove at high speeds and slowing down my car keeps shaking (the is a new car). Kia reached out to me to ask about my experience and I told them and they said a manager would call me (no one did ) I reached out three times after that and was promised call backs and still no call. Every time I reached out to someone they acted like what happened is no big deal and no one addressed rectifying this. I eventually went to City Kia (over an hour away) because I did not trust going back to Dyer Kia. They diagnosed my car and performed repairs totaling $700+. They found it unbelievable that I had services with Dyer Kia and the repairs they had to make. I provided them my service document (from Dyer Kia) and everything related to my visit there and they were still in disbelief of my experience with the services/the lack of services. This location took my money for services and told me everything was great, but instead messed my car up. most importantly they put my life in danger after I went to the "professionals" for services and they did not care one bit to resolve this. Terribly high prices! ! Tried to tell me I needed new windshield wipers priced at $59.95, I just replaced them less than a month ago. I called other places to compare pri ! Tried to tell me I needed new windshield wipers priced at $59.95, I just replaced them less than a month ago. I called other places to compare prices on recommended services they are more than double the price. I guess we are now paying for high price real estate and brand new building. That’s how the rich get richer passing it on to us in extremely high prices. Oil change $76.00 wow More
The service department here is horrendous. Michael Rodriguez is rude and unhelpful. The only assistance he provided to me was when he advised me to come here and place this review. I drove 1 1/2 hours to look at and test drive a 27 yr old Corvette. I was greeted by a young sales person and he was very professional. He took me to their Chevy showroom to see the car. I looked things ove Corvette. I was greeted by a young sales person and he was very professional. He took me to their Chevy showroom to see the car. I looked things over and asked about a test drive. He then explained to me that it is their policy to have me agree to the sales agreement numbers before I can test drive the vehicle. (The price of the vehicle was only $16k, not $200k) Agree before a test drive, crazy. I have purchased high end vehicle and have had to prove funds. But I have never been asked to agree to a sales agreement before a test drive. Buyers beware. This is not how most auto dealers operate. Never agree to anything until you have checked out the vehicle and TAKEN A TEST DRIVE. I will say that the manager started to back peddle when I expressed my displeasure with their policy. He gave me a weak explanation that they did not want to put 2 more miles on the vehicle because that would affect its value. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, it was too late for me. I know why they have had this vehicle on the lot for over 60 days. They are treating it like it is a Ferrari but it’s only a Chevy. More

Made an appt to come in to see what they had available. I had to cancel due to a car accident I was not at fault for. I advised them numerous times I could not make it. Due to not having a vehicle, ubers n I had to cancel due to a car accident I was not at fault for. I advised them numerous times I could not make it. Due to not having a vehicle, ubers not showing up where I live (middle of nowhere) and kind of misleading me into thinking I was already approved since I did all of the online applications. Then they decided to ask if I wanted to do an application online vs in person to even see if I could get approved... Wait what did I fill out? Why was my credit checked already if I hadn't filled one out? They don't communicate with eachother or read Facebook messages in order. They must have numerous people working Facebook because none of them could ever remember why I had to reschedule in the first place... I. E. Car accident. I decided not to come in based on the misleading application, they contacted me almost daily and I'd hate to see how much they would of contacted me if I was a day behind on payments. They were so admit on getting me in but not consoling for the accident or pain and suffering, not understanding and had that pushy sales mentality. Very unhappy. I'd give them more stars if they had been understanding. I won't give less as I didn't purchase a vehicle through them. I went somewhere else and couldn't be more happy. More
