Our dealership enjoys a fine reputation in the community for customer service and satisfaction. While Mazda Corporation did cover the engine replacement on your RX-8, the work done prior to that was not covered under the warranty. Your vehicle was at our facility for 6 months and incurred a storage fee only after you did not satisfy your debt and pick up the vehicle when the work on it was completed. The storage fee charged was $1,575, not $3,300.
