They explained what they were going to do, then sent me, thru my phone; a video of the doing it. Also if the felt I needed to do some maintenance they showed me the problem...which was moot because I am n thru my phone; a video of the doing it. Just the costs were more than I believe I could have gotten from a garage. I don't want the hassle of looking for one though. I did get it done. My main complaint is that they did try to sell some products that I did not need. More

Lorraina Leggio, as well as the other staff, were very professional in helping me look for a car to buy. After buying my Forester, the follow up was very rewarding. I really appreciated the help Maddison professional in helping me look for a car to buy. After buying my Forester, the follow up was very rewarding. I really appreciated the help Maddison Heiserman gave when she came to my house and went over everything I needed to know about the car two weeks after purchase. Also, appreciated the additional help from by Ryan Pill getting the specialty tag from my previous car taken out of my trust and put into my name. Overall, dealing with Dyer was the best choice I could make at the time. More

Although sales experience was good, follow through not so hot. Purchased two new subarus but they reneged on sending someone to our house in a week to go thru details of the cars. 2nd time I took my subaru for an oil change and they didn't top of fluids (coolaint, wiper, ect..) You figure they would at the cost of an oil change there. The service experience for my Subaru went very well. Everyone was happy to answer any questions that I had about the details of my Forester. They were quick, efficient and reasonable. They have treats , a dog bed and even a fenced in yard. All in All a very pleasant experience. I will look forward to my next visit as everyone was Friendly! More
