Working with Rob was a pleasure. When I first arrived at the dealership not one person inside greeted me, there where 3 salespersons on the floor no one even looked up. I walked back When I first arrived at the dealership not one person inside greeted me, there where 3 salespersons on the floor no one even looked up. I walked back out a bit dismayed but determined to test drive a Subaru. I noticed Rob and another young man working on a car and stated I needed to find someone to help me. Instantly Rob dropped what he was doing and went about getting keys to the car I wanted to test drive. I was very impressed with his willingness to assist, I soon realized he had a vast amount of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek two days later and can't be more happy with the experience with Rob and my new car. More

No need to look at other brands because the Subaru was the perfect fit for our needs. The process was by far the most no hassle, smooth and pleasant experience we've had in the purchase of a vehicle and with our advanced age, that's a lot of cars and SUVs..
