The truck was dirty,I was told that the truck would get waxed and it was not.. There was not any instructions given on the features and how to use them! I was handed the keys by the salesmen Bruce and he told me he had to go and deliver another vehicle. The truck tonneau cover leaked water due to improper fit. The G.M Russ would not help at all to address my issues. In fact after repeated calls to him he refused to call me back. Neil in service was the ONLY one that helped get my issues resolved. There was a tiny tare on the leather on the passenger side seat. They fixed the tare however they used a harsh chemical that cracked and damaged the leather. I had to make a separate appointment once the new seat came in. You got to love these automated copy and paste responses. Demonstrates there give me the money and then see ya philosophy.
