Went to Eagle Chevrolet, no appointment, service tech LuAnn was very very helpful. She set up my service appointment and kept me up to date throughout the day with calls to my cell phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Eagle Chevrolet's service manager has to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Not only did she speak over me every time I spoke to her, she interrupted me too! To top it off, she always spoke in a condescending manner. There were NO leadership skills, and absolutely NO problem solving skills involved. STAY AWAY.
