All the service reps are excellent and very helpful. However I brought my very clean and neat vehicle in for a simple NYS inspection. A 2021 Trail Boss with only 17,000 miles on it. The glue from the previous inspection sticker wasn’t even cleaned off of the windshield and the new sticker was overlapping the registration sticker and partially hanging off . Just very sloppy work. A very simple task but I don’t see any pride in doing a job neatly. Would make me hesitate bringing it back for something serious. More

Terrible Service Department. Had one of our company vehicles for 11 weeks. One story after another. Vehicle is part of enterprise fleet program I let them handle it.
