I had been a loyal customer of Earl Stewart Toyota for 20 years, recommended the dealership to everyone, friends, family co-workers, bought my wife and four children each a Toyota we had 6 in the driveway. M years, recommended the dealership to everyone, friends, family co-workers, bought my wife and four children each a Toyota we had 6 in the driveway. My salesman was great, and in all those years I never had met Earl Stewart himself, never had a problem. However from all the advertising he does promoting himself as a "customer service guru" with a red phone directly to his cell I felt confident that the Earl would quickly resolve any possible problem in my favor. I was enrolled in his "tires for life" program requiring all vehicle service be performed at the dealer. After 42,000 miles I needed one tire replaced during a routine service and I was informed that because I had an oil change at a 5000 mile interval rather than Earl's 3000 I was out of the program, but I could be reinstated for a $75 fee. It didn't make sense, I entered the showroom found Earl and pleaded my case, surly a loyal 20 year customer shouldn't be treated like this, after all it was only 1 tire that I needed. To my shock Earl shut me down with the excuse "if I do it for you I'll have to do it for everyone else"... I threatened to never do business with him again, Earl's reply "That's fine but I hope you'll continue to buy a Toyota" he handed me his business card, turned and walked away... I went back to my office in disbelief that I had just been blown away by "Mr. Customer Service" over a tire that may have cost him $50. I the wrote him an email expressing my disappointment... I have never received a reply or phone call. I realized he's just a typical used car salesman, he's no different than anyone else. I'm now driving a Nissan Maxima. More
The minute I walked to the cars outside pat walked up and unlike many salespeople he was very nice and he wasn't pushy. He didn't even care for our names until we mentioned it. Since car deals are frustratin unlike many salespeople he was very nice and he wasn't pushy. He didn't even care for our names until we mentioned it. Since car deals are frustrating, pat helped with that by his funny comments. When it came to buying day he gave us the best price of all south Florida dealerships. He was so nice that he stayed very late until we were done signing all the papers. The next day to deliver the car was his day off, but he was so devoted to us that he came anyway and at length explained the car. Thanks pat for the awesome Prius. More

Price structure (cost for simple replacement of Prius access remote) is over the top and extravagant. Most pleasant experience I've had in any car dealership, EVER! Everyone in there was straight forward, relaxed, etc. Nobody is pushy. They were fine with showing a car and hoping they get your business. It EVER! Everyone in there was straight forward, relaxed, etc. Nobody is pushy. Out of curiuosity I stopped in to the dealership and met Jim Gill in sales. A friendly and polite man. I told him I was just thinking about purchasing a Prius, it's such a mysterious vehicle, and did not ne Jim Gill in sales. A friendly and polite man. I told him I was just thinking about purchasing a Prius, it's such a mysterious vehicle, and did not need him to devote too much time with me. He answered all of my questions and ask, not pushed or insisted, I take a test ride. I did and was very impressed with Jim's Product knowledge and the vehicle's performance. I told hime I would think about and and get back to him. He never once strong armed me, offered me that "Special only if I buy today price" or any of the other tactics I'm fimiliar with in my car buying experience. I do buy a car every 2-3 years. After 2-3 days I decided to make the purchase. Upon arrival at the Dealer I was told Jim had Motorcycle accident and was not in. Another sales professional, Paul DeHart, was assigned and he to was just as great as Jim. I took another drive and bought the car. My experience with this dealership is like none other. I Know Earl Stewart must be very pround of his highly professional team and I did see Earl sitting in his office when I completed my transaction and was so tempted to thank him. Mr, Stewart's operation should be the model other dealers copy. By the way, I live exactly 1/2 mile from the Toyota dealership in Stuart, Florida and would not by a spark plug from them. The operation is run and staffed by rude, pushy, uncultured vultures. and that's your impression as your just getting out of your car. The bottom line is....I'd love to have a More
It was time to replace our ‘94 Camry. We went to several dealerships checking out other makes and models, but were always drawn back to Earl Stewart. Throughout the whole process Patricia Oliphant several dealerships checking out other makes and models, but were always drawn back to Earl Stewart. Throughout the whole process Patricia Oliphant was helpful in aiding our decision on which car would best fit our needs. We appreciate all her hard work in finding the Prius we wanted. When the car arrived she took the time to go over any questions regarding the Prius and even helped us set up the Bluetooth. Patricia’s goal was to see us satisfied with our purchase and at no time pressured us. It was a stress free experience. The best part is that it hasn’t stopped there. Having dealt with Earl Stewart the last 16 years, we know we can count on them. Josh Scott in the service department keeps our cars running well while Alan Nappier makes them look great. Our past experiences have taught us that we can rely on Earl Stewart and we would definitely recommend them. More
