Routine Service I made an appointment for a routine service and tire rotation. Upon arrival a service representative came to my car and took down needed information I made an appointment for a routine service and tire rotation. Upon arrival a service representative came to my car and took down needed information. I then followed him into the service office where he updated my file on the computer. He then directed me to the customer waiting area where there are comfortable chairs, large screen tv, magazines, and complementary refreshments. This allowed me to also look at some of the new models on the showroom floor. The service representative that checked me in came out about 60 minutes to let me know that car was ready. In servicing my vehicle he mentioned my battery rating and brake pad life remaining. There was absolutely no pressure at this time. The battery was of concern and he quoted me a price in writing on the cost of a very good battery with a 4 year warranty. I plan to have them replace it on my next service appointment. More
