I called Westen my service advisor who instructed me on how to handle this problem. He went above and beyond by directing me to GMC Roadside assistance. They had the truck towed to Earnhardt GMC within an hour. About 5 hours later Westen called me to say my truck was ready to go. This dealership and it’s people are superb. I have bought 3 vehicles at this dealer and was never let down by them. More

It was also the easiest and best purchase of any vehicle that we have purchased over the years. From the moment the service department assisted us in having our SUV towed for service to the moment that we picked up the vehicle, the service was handled extremely well. The on-board diagnostic light indicated a problem which was immediately diagnosed and handled. It is always a pleasure to see Tom (who we purchased our SUV from). He graciously paired my new cellphone with our vehicle. We will definitely do business with this dealership again when we are ready to acquire another vehicle! More
30,000 mile service went really smoth. John Adams did a quick and courteous job at the counter; then he called to tell me the car was ready about 5 minutes ahead of promise. When I came to pay and leave he politely escorted me to the accounting desk and introduced me to the agent on duty.
