Super awesome Dealership. I am happy every time i go there for service. I had a battery fail while i was pulling my Airstream. I drove to this dealership which is my home de I am happy every time i go there for service. I had a battery fail while i was pulling my Airstream. I drove to this dealership which is my home dealership. They drove the truck into service with the AIRSTREAM STILL HOOKED UP. They replaced two batteries and then pulled the truck/Airstream back out onto the road so that we were clear to drive away. Folks. It doesn’t get any better than this group of staff at Earnhardt Buick GMC. I have a Buick that i purchased from them also. Superb service every time. More

My experience started from the girl at the front counter, even though they had just closed, she still put me on hold and was able to locate someone who could help me purchase a vehicle that night. Once we had arrived , we were greeted by the few staff members still there, (RON) (ROGER), and young girl at the front desk. These guys immediately jumped into business, doing what they had to do to satisfy us in a very timely fashion, no B.S just straight to the point. Our whole experience only lasted about an hour and a half. Extremely pleased and look forward to working with this staff in the future. More

Best Customer Service! I've been looking for a specific used vehicle for 6 months. I've contacted several dealerships over this time to inquire about cars I've found online. I've been looking for a specific used vehicle for 6 months. I've contacted several dealerships over this time to inquire about cars I've found online. I finally found the car that fit all of the specifications I was looking for online at Earnhardt GMC Buick in Mesa. I clicked on their "Create Your Deal" tab which walked me through all the questions a salesman would have asked. It was SO easy! The next morning when they opened, I received an email right away to talk to me about it. I explained that I lived 4 hours away and could not come in to look until the weekend. They explained why they could not hold it (because it is an older model used car), but explained that they could deliver it to me instead, for no extra fee! Wow! I already had my financing, so I didn't need to go through that process with them, but Tony was super nice and not pushy at all when he collected all of my information and asked if I wanted to include any warranties. The paperwork was completed within a couple of hours and then a time was scheduled for us to meet that same afternoon! Rip Rios delivered it to us and let us drive it and look at it without any pressure! He was super nice! It turned out to be just what I was looking for, so we signed the papers right there. I will definitely call Earnhardt's again when I am in the market for another car, new or used! I HIGHLY recommend them. I've never seen such outstanding customer service and friendly staff in any dealership I've worked with. More

It turned out to be a general code for a transmis Recently while visiting the area from Canada we had an Engine light activate on our 2007 Saturn Ion. It turned out to be a general code for a transmission problem that was difficult to diagnose. As promised and after several tests and some components changed that did not correct the problem it was determined that the car had a faulty TCM with an intermittent problem. We were only charged for the actual repair that fixed the problem. This type of honest and reputable service is the reason I would and will return for any future service with Earnhardt Buick GMC.
