This was my first purchase from this dealership. I found the salesman, Craig Bergmann to be friendly, helpful and truthful. While often negotiations, especially involving trades, can take forever I found the salesman, Craig Bergmann to be friendly, helpful and truthful. While often negotiations, especially involving trades, can take forever and become stressful, mine was very straightforward and easy. The dealership's first proposal was very close to what I came in expecting to be fair and was not overly aggressive as is often the case. That set the tone for a favorable outcome. More

I had my car in for service for numerous electrical issues. Steven the Service Manager was very accommodating, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went on a test drive with me, looked at the issues. Steven the Service Manager was very accommodating, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went on a test drive with me, looked at the video I had taken (and had me forward it to him), and called me numerous times to keep me updated. They always return the car washed and vacuumed.
