In all that time we've only dealt with two Service Managers, both of them excellent individuals, which speaks to the quality of the dealership and their focus on retaining top-notch employees. I have to recommend our current Service Manager, Brandon Porter - he is the best we've ever dealt with at any dealership, anywhere. At this point we are sold on Cadillac vehicles because we value the high quality service at Earnhart. Why would we go anyplace else ? More
