From the time we stepped out of our vehicle and were greeted by our friendly salesman Derek Spady, we felt very comfortable! We came to Earnhardt to look at a specific vehicle we saw on the internet. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw it in person. We took it for a test drive with Derek, and he was very knowledgeable about all of the many features. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and made a deal. The paperwork went smoothly, and we were treated with hospitality. Larry Nichols the finance manager was very efficient, and got us the best possible rate for financing. It was raining that day so they promised us a full detail on a future sunny day. Our salesman Derek told us to call him anytime with questions, and sent us home with a nice "goodie bag" and the confidence that we had made a good decision. We had a great experience with Earnhardt Cadillac when purchasing a used vehicle from them. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and talked to Charlie Westergreen and he showed us several vechiles, but th purchasing a used vehicle from them.
