From the time I arrived, the car of choice was pulled out, ac on, ready to go. It was exceptional. Because it was a premium color, I was concerned about an upcharge. He said he would make it work and he did. We also had a trade and he gave me a fair and reasonable price. All in, the deal got done in about an hour in and out the door. When you have an extraordinary product and you know it, all the ridiculous games that get played go away. He respected me as an informed consumer and gave me a deal that was mutually beneficial.
