We met Derek while we were still trying to decide if we should keep our Lincoln or buy something new. I hadn't planned on buying another Saab, but I am considering it just so I can continue to have Luke as my service advisor. Prompt, knowledgeable, flexible, and extremely curteous are the qualites that make any service advisor worth his weight in gold. And luke is such an advisor.
