I could not say enough good things about the Service Department at Legends Cadillac. Every issue we have ever had has been taken care of. I was hearing a noise coming from the rear of my 2007 STS-V. I new something was wrong because the car did not make this noise for most of the 4 years i have had it. Most would say it is because i have STS-V. I new something was wrong because the car did not make this noise for most of the 4 years i have had it. Most would say it is because i have large tires on the car. Not Armand, he took another set of of tires and put them on my car. After a test drive it was apparent that the sound was not tires but something with the cars suspension. Legends keep the car for a few days and after further inspection they fixed the problem by replacing a few bad parts. I am very grateful that i have my car back and it sounds like a dream. More

May I say at 56 years old and buying a number of cars in my life...I never experienced a salesman/car expert like I did at Legends. I was completely impressed...either this dealership respected Allen Hall or me but it was something I never experienced. I was introduced to the service department..the up sale of extended warranty and all was a breeze to complete as I trusted Allen so that I bought everything he recommended and knew I was doing the right thing. There was a slight delay in the delivery of the car and he arranged for a rental with no trouble and was ready when promised. Can you tell...I am impressed.
