This is the 5th car we have purchased and by far it was the best car buying experience we ever have had. Not only is the car amazing but the level of service (at a car dealership no less) was phenomenal. the best car buying experience we ever have had. It is the second time I have gone to Legends Cadillac for service on my 2008 Impala LTZ (with I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation. It is the second time I have gone to Legends Cadillac for service on my 2008 Impala LTZ (with only 13000 miles)and dealt with Mario Coronado on both occasions. Mario is a pleasure to do business with and is very thorough and knowledgable about all phases of service. When I went in today I told him that thre of my door locks were not working. Even though my bumper to bumper warranty had run out on March 24 Mario said he could help me becautse of the low mileage on the vehicle and repaired it under warranty. I didnnn't expect this to happen and I want to commend Mario on going the extra mile for me Mario is an asset to his company. He really knows the meaning of customer service. I have owned many new cars in my life, but I have never dealt with a service advisor who truly cares about his customers as he does. GREAT JOB MARIO!!! More

I am in my 6th month of Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer, and don't know how many more times I will be able to bring in my Cadillac for service, but Armand has assured me that he will be there for me and my wife.
