My Cadillac XLR was running hot and I was near Legends so I stopped by. It was after 5:30 pm, so I realized I was in a bind. Mike was the service manager and helped me out. There was no way that anyone coul I stopped by. It was after 5:30 pm, so I realized I was in a bind. Mike was the service manager and helped me out. There was no way that anyone could look at my car and tell the problem, so Mike told me to park it since driving it would do further damage. I didn't have a ride to pick me up and I was calling a cab. Mike volunteered to drive me home due to the circumstances. I offered payment and he would not take it. I really appreciate that from him. That is why I own a Cadillac. Great car, great service. I currently use Kachina, but I will now use Legends from now on. Mario, thank you again for that great customer experience!! I have never bought the SAME CAR twice until now. I used to own German/Japanese brands but in 2008 I bought a Cadillac SRX crossover SUV. It became the very best vehicle I ever owned in my life. I decided buying American was not only cheap but the SMART thing to do. Furthermore, I am very very impressed with Legends Cadillac service department. I deal with JD who is the service manager there and he is an awesome guy. Great Car + Great Price + Great Service = no brainer to buy another one! So I went and bought 2011 Cadillac SRX loaded. JD connected me with Tom MALLIN and he provided outstanding sales consultation and put me in the new SRX. The sales process was smooth and the financing process was even smoother. Kudos to Legends Cadillac for value, service and a great selection of vehicles! More

Tom, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and not 'pushy'. Paul, the sales manager, was pleasant, professional, and willing to make a reasonable deal. Don, came to my home the day following the purchase, to program my auto's garage door opener. He was a gentleman, in every sense of the word. My intention was to visit another Cadillac dealer after I visited Legends. The fact that I found the car with all the features I was looking for, a business environment that was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and employees who were there to provide true 'customer service' gave me the confidence to stay and work out a mutually advantageous deal.
