I had casually mentioned to Charlie that my husband and I were looking for a used vehicle. I was looking for a new car. Being that I have owned Cadilacs since 1983 (I still have a 1947 Cadilac Limo), I still wanted a Cadilac. Mr. Kahn (Ozzy) is a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable salesperson who always thinks of his customer first and goes beyond the normal scope of customer service to make the sale. He sold us two vehicles: a Chrysler Town and Country in March at Lund Cadillac; and a 2004 Cadillac Escalade 4WD EXT in June at Legends Cadillac. In this market, that's quite an acomplishment. We were definitely shopping for a different vehicle when we went into Lund because of a newspaper ad . The Escalade was a job well done by Ozzy as we were putting off the second purchase until the end of the year. Ozzy knew we would eventually buy another truck but his excellent salesmanship is what made the deal. We can only fit two cars into the garage so we won't be looking for awhile. When we do need another vehicle, we'll turn to Ozzy again. More
