Once again another outstnding job by the service department. Armand is an outstanding service tech and without a doubt one of the big reasons i will continue to purchase cars and have them serviced department. The man continues to strive to be the best and offer the best in service and knowledge sharing. He continues to follow up good or bad news about the work that needs to be completed. I can only hope for the continues success of those working in the service area as well as the entire company to take note of how he does his job. In my eyes service means more than sometimes the product itself. Everyone wants to be treated fairly with professional and kind service. I can tell you without any hesitation that Armand takes his job and the well being of his clients to the next level. Just a Great Job, consistantly over and over again. Very proffessional from the very first contact I made with the dealierhip which was via email. I emailed 4 Cadillac dealerships to request pricing and availability of certain models. I was living out of with the dealierhip which was via email. I emailed 4 Cadillac dealerships to request pricing and availability of certain models. I was living out of country at the time and intended to return to USA and purchase a vehicle. Of the 4 contacts I made with other dealerhips, 2 of them were vague in answering my direct question (price and availability of certain models) and instead they responded with "yes we can get you the car of your dream and just come by to discuss....". The other dealership failed to respond for a few days. Only Legend Cadillac responed with specific answers to my request and provided me a price and availability. I then chose to visit Legend based on their responsiveness of Andrew Lucas, despite that the dealership is the farthest location from my intended home than the other 3 dealerships. More
I flew into Phoenix from the SF Bay Area to see and test drive a Cadillac XLR-V. Andrew Lucas was kind enough to offer to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership for the viewing and test d drive a Cadillac XLR-V. Andrew Lucas was kind enough to offer to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership for the viewing and test drive of the vehicle. His service was very friendly and professional. Thank you Andrew! Once I was there, he immediately had the car driven up to the front so I could look it over and test drive it. I requested that the car be put up on a service rack so I could inspect underneath the car. Andrew arranged for that and the technician was very friendly and informative about the vehicle. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I was presented with a gift basket. Andrew also gave me 4-bottled waters for the long drive home (750 miles). There were a few issues with the car I noticed before purchase. It would have been nice if they were addressed and taken care of before the car was ever put on the market. There was an oil leak at the front of the oil pan and the GPS was not fully operational. I was planning on using the GPS to guide me home, but instead had to use a Mapquest printout from Andrew. In spite of a non-functional GPS, the drive home was excellent! Once home, upon closer inspection of the vehicle thru my personal mechanic and my local Cadillac dealership, there were more unforeseen problems. The front leafspring was cracked and the oil leak was not only from the oil pan but from the timing chain cover as well. That meant that it ended up being a major overhaul and repair where they had to totally dissassemble the front of the car to make the repair and reassemble it. It was in the shop for 2 weeks for that repair. I just got it back with another issue taken care of - airbag sensor was defective and replaced. Since owning it for about 2 1/2 months, it has been in repair at the local dealership for about 3 weeks. I have been supplied with a loaner car each time. For now, all of the issues with the car have been addressed and taken care of by my local Cadillac dealership under warranty. P.S., I also received a 2-year personalized Legends Cadillac calendar from Andrew with a picture he took of me in front of the car. Very nice! More
Legends Cadillac was one of the most professional and courteous dealerships I have ever worked with. My husband and I had been searching for a crossover SUV for a while now and after feeling very pressured and disgusted with some of the sales tactics of other dealerships, we were recommended to go see Toby Bates at Legends, and boy are we happy that we did! The only way to describe Toby is as a non-salesman. He doesn't even go down the road of "how can I get you in this car" or "Can't you just see yourself in this (overpriced) beautiful car" he doesn't have a reason to, especially with the new SRX. He is a honest individual who tells you what will work for you and your budget. His 9+ years at Legends also shows with his knowledge of all aspects of each car and the purchasing process. Don't misunderstand we are in love with our new SRX and wouldn't trade it for the world, but we are happy that we were able to make it such a great experience with Toby and the rest of the staff at Legends. We will definitely become repeat customers in the future! More
