Another great service experience with Armand today! I called Armand's line at 6:50am expecting to leave a message to schedule service. He has solved every maintenance issue I've ever had. I also love the fact that my vehicle is cleaned to perfection upon delivery. This is my second Escalade and I'm happy to report that I continued with the Cadillac brand in part due to the top-notch service I've received from Legends over the past 3+ years.
