Worst Dealership Ever This dealership is the worst of them all. This year I was buying a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Earnhardt Chevrolet and it was an absolute nightmare. Fi This dealership is the worst of them all. This year I was buying a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Earnhardt Chevrolet and it was an absolute nightmare. First I had an appointment scheduled with Dakota who didn't even bother showing up to the appointment. I waited for an additional hour to be seen by a sales representative. Next when I was taken to see the car, they had not cleaned it or fixed any of the known condition. Keep in mind, I had this appointment to test drive the car for 3 days before I showed up. After the test drive I told the sales man the issues I had with the car (AC did not work, stereo was not working, chip in windshield, etc) then he told me if he were to fix those he would have to charge me for the repairs. When I refused he admitted he was lying. Next the finance department screwed up the paper work and had me buying a completely different car and didn't notice until a week later. On top of that, when I paid the down payment and was told that the car would be ready the next day at noon, it wasn't. Not only was the car not ready, no one called me and when I called them to find out what was going on, I got transferred between 2 departments 10 time in 3 minutes. Finally when I went to go pick up the car, not only would the sales man not come out to meet me, but I was handed off to another sales man who tried to up sell me again. On top of that they had switched out the tires on the car to ones that were cracking in the side wall and very unsafe to drive anywhere. For the love of God or whatever you believe in, never and I mean NEVER trust Earnhardt Chevrolet, Dakota, Zahd, or Rory to help you find a car. They go so low as to give you an unsafe car and try to gouge you on the price then give you a sub par car. Screw this dealership and everyone who works there. More

Jason Hassey's team was absolutely amazing. He and Dakota and Heike made our car buying experience so painless. He got the car he's in love with, at amazing interest rate, for a great price, with great value on his trade. We were finished in 2.5 hours total. They listened to what he wanted, they understood what he was looking for, there was no smoke and mirrors with the financing or payment options, or pricing. The experience was quick and painless. I will be buying my next car from them, and probably every car after that. I will also be telling everyone I know to go see them. The car buying process is not something over pleasant - we all know that. The dealers need to make money, and we all want the best deal. But when two parties come together and are both realistic, and deal with one another honestly and ethically, the result is often great. That's the experience that we had. She didn’t answer the phone so I had to leave a message with my name and number. I never received a call back. This is terrible customer service and we definitely will take our business some where else that is at least trustworthy enough to call a customer back. On to the next dealership. More
