So very dishonest I foolishly went to Earnhardts because I thought they could be trusted. They can not. I purchased a used 2016 Chrystler 300C in January (WINTER), on I foolishly went to Earnhardts because I thought they could be trusted. They can not. I purchased a used 2016 Chrystler 300C in January (WINTER), only to find out, 4 months later (SUMMER) that my AC Evaporator has a leak, it has been leaking a long time, I was told that by another Dealership that diagnosist it, I was quoted 2k to fix. So I called and spoke with the service manager at Earnhardts and told him how taken advantage I felt, because I bought this in the winter, I had no way of knowing the AC didn’t work right. This was a pre-certified used car, which means they either didn’t check it, or they knew I would be past my 2 week window, and past the manufacturer warranty when I figured it out. The Service manager said he could MAYBE get me the employee discount, I has not happy, told him I felt this was very unfair. How sad you would take such advantage of a person over 2k, sad.. I all so tried talking directly to Chrystler, but they claimed, I did not meet their “goodwill” criteria because I didn’t purchase from an authorized Chrystler Dealer... what.... Earnhardts could have very easily extended “goodwill” but of course, did not. I will never trust an Earnhardts again, or buy another Chrystler product. More

They beat another dealers offer and we settled on a price rather quickly. Overall we had a great experience at this dealership. We would recommend Earnhardt Chevrolet to anyone with vehicle purchasing needs and wound not hesitate to return there ourselves. More

Disgusted and Annoyed I found a great deal for a 2017 Tahoe on their website. We have been interested in and looking for about 8 months, and now we are finally READY! My husband and I exchange emails with Ashley in internet sales... my husband tells her what we are going to wan tot see and the time we will be there, I hire a babysitter last minute ... lets be honest nobody want their kids roaming around THAT place. SO, we go, we get there, and I am immediately greeted and say I need to see Ashley... nobody can find Ashely... then out walks a guy, who looks more confused and lost than I and says, they cant find Ashley, then he returns only to tell us she is in a call center or computer center, not there... so, ummm, why did she say to ask for her? Well, anyway, I say, No we want to deal with her, so some other guy, Eric, appears, and says the other guys i new and confused, and he will help us... so... THAT should have BEEN my clue this was going to be an adventure of a lifetime... so, we move on, Tell him what we are there to see, he takes us out, its freezing cold, he has no keys and they are both locked.. OMG! Face Palm.. we FINALLY get in the car, look at it, and he asks if we want to drive it.. YES! YES I DO... I am here to buy this car, we need to drive it ... Clue number 2... SO we drive it we are ready to go, move on to the PURCHASE part.. he says, if I can make the numbers work can I earn your business.. I say SURE lets go! He then tells us, take a seat, and some random tables, tells us where the water and restrooms are ... later I understand why... and then says he will "Be RIGHT Back" .... well, needless to say... 50 minutes later I am DONE... I walk over tell him it has been long enough, and we need to go, I am starving and I have a babysitter with my kids... oh and like magic he was headed right to us... the Internet price was 55,490... he comes back with like 57 and change, because there were "Dealer Add ons" ... ummm, ok, make them Dealer take offs and we got a deal... all I wanted them to do was give me the ADVERTISED price and I was walking out with a car... he went on and on, tried to make me sign on an X to guarantee I would keep my deal... ummm dude... I need to worry about you... not the other way around.. he then takes it BACK to his WHOEVER the decision maker is... I am telling you... this non sense of working with people who hav eNO actual ability to MAKE the deal is the most annoying thing on the planet... anyway. He takes us to the manager .... again, we have already waited UNATTENDED for 45 minutes ... the Manager guy says there was some computer glitch blah blah blah ... and so he is going to "explain to us" internet pricing and he does this all day because people don't understand. No, SIR... WE UNDERSTAND.. we understand you hide behind a price that is not real... you advertise one then add 3K dollars! I say, can you give us this number or NOT? He says no, my husband says, give us our keys,, we are done.. and our we go.. they literally lost a sale over 2K dollars... I was READY to buy the car.. they let us walk right out, and the sales guy, NEVER got our names, numbers contact info ... NOTHING ... What a tool.. so out we go... They must be moving cars like I never imagined to let a sale walk right out the door and not even a "meet you half way" ... NOTHING ... ZERO EFFORT! I am not mad at them, they get to keep their car and I will go buy the 2018, with my offer of 53,00 from another dealer! SO, if a deal looks too good to be true... it probably is... especially from this crew here! More

I had called in advance done a lot of pre-work, showed up met with a salesperson got to a good number then was told that despite their own home page advertising the 0 percent rate, it was not available. So I told them I would need to go home and think about it, and it was 9:15 so they were closing anyway, plus I live 40 minutes away in central Phoenix. So I went home, and the next day we set up a time for my wife who recently delivered to go test drive with them. They met us "half-way" she is still in a lot of pain but does it anyway. After that I keep asking about the numbers, the sales person goes dark, then says he can't get the same deal, then goes dark won't return texts, calls etc... Next day I wait and wait and wait and text and call and text and call till finally Dakota calls and says that he can't get same deal and he's "sorry" for taking me away from my new born. It would seem these guys will do anything to get you in the door than change the deal. Bad cliche'. And by the way as of right now they are still advertising 0% financing for 2017 Tahoes. Time is a valuable thing, spend it and your money elsewhere. More
