This was the 2nd car I've bought from Thoroughbred! The salesman was so helpful and explained every feature to me. He even said i could call if I had questions after I bought it. Which I have. Typical bait and switch. Told us they could get a certain price on the phone and then when we arrived - they could not. never saw the guy I spoke with one the phone after he greeted us when we entered the sh price on the phone and then when we arrived - they could not. never saw the guy I spoke with one the phone after he greeted us when we entered the shop - went through the typical salesman and then 3-4 "managers" (I mean how many managers can one shop have on duty at the same time - come on). The kicker was that they then pitched they could make it up on a trade value - but after 30 minutes waiting they came back offering us less than the lowest KBB trade in value even though our car was in great shape. Nathan Thue was very helpful in finding the Vehicle for my wife and my self. We did take a drive in a couple of cars just to get the feel of what I wanted.
