Needed a new key and fob. Purchased both at the dealership. The person I spoke with on the phone from the service dept when I scheduled my appt was abrupt with me. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. Holly was great. She greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle and was very pleasant. She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease leaving my vehicle there. When I picked up my vehicle Holly was there to greet me again. She stayed with me and made sure my key and fob both worked to my satisfaction. All in all it was a good experience and I am very satisfied. More
I asked for a quote for a 3500hd crew cab. I set a appointment however, Billy was busy with another customer. His partner Josh stepped in to help. When it came down to negotiations Josh ask me where I wanted to be and I told him the amount. Nick his boss came over and did not know what me and Josh and I talked about. So, Josh came over to explain where I wanted to be. Nick stated he had already deducted the alot and OTD price was 84k plus. I stated that was too much and wanted to be near 75K. Nick then stated 6,100 is taxes and and would removed another 889.00 if I take the truck today. I replied can you sell me the truck for 75K? Nick replied NO! Then thank you for you offer and walked out. I had a trade in value and money to put down. But Nick was no willing to negotiate from 84K. No that is what is call customer service. Nick probably has the highest rating for selling vehicles and Earnhardt Cheverolet in Tempe. I will never return will let everyone in my circle know how awful they really are at customer service. Earnhardt should change their saying to "Nothing But Balonne." More

The last Chevy dealer I bought from, there customer service was extraordinary, 2014 Silverado it got a flat due to nails in the highway, had the truck for about 6/7 months at that point. Called my salesman had the tires replaced balanced and rotated at no cost. I definitely went back and purchased a second vehicle at which was delivered to my job at the time. That @Earnhardtchevrolet is how you receive repeat business. Loyalty . These people Suck,so consumer beware when dealing with them! ' More
