I have be reluctant to respond but since this is about the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive 30 miles out of my way to Keep coming back to this dealership. After my last visit it will be my last! This dealership has went downhill fast! Customer service is terrible parts of the service are not performed as required, lied to about services needed and then when questioned service advisor was advised he didn’t look at my truck he is just required to ask the questions. I will find a new place of business to have these services performed.. so sad this used to be a great place with friendly faces and wonderful customer service … shame on you Earnhardts! More

They tried to sell me a vehicle I didn't want and when I told them I wanted something different from what they tried to sell me, they just walked away, didn't even offer to see if I wanted them to help me f told them I wanted something different from what they tried to sell me, they just walked away, didn't even offer to see if I wanted them to help me find the vehicle they want. Came in for an oil change before a long trip out of town they found a leaking radiator hose that could have left me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree plus temps. I brought my truck in for an oIl change and tire rotation. When I arrived the service manager was busy so I waited, not a big deal. I bought new tires a month before this service and I thought my rear drivers side rim was scuffed and I had wiped the rim with my thumb so there was a clean spot on the rim. That wheel was in the same location. I walked back over to the service writer and asked if the technicians rotated the tires he said he watched them do it while he was vaping? I let it go and left the dealership. The next morning I backed out of the garage and there were oil stains on the floor from the drivers front of my truck. I looked under my truck. The oil was dripping from the driver side lower control arm. I opened the hood and there was oil all over the driver’s side shock tower and dripping down. The oil fill cap is on the drivers side. I’ve been a technician for 30 years now. Always believe that your work is your signature. I paid $90.00 for this. I bought my truck from Earnhardt and always had it serviced there. Don’t know what’s going on, but this last service was a big disappointment. More
