The last Chevy dealer I bought from, there customer service was extraordinary, 2014 Silverado it got a flat due to nails in the highway, had the truck for about 6/7 months at that point. Called my salesman had the tires replaced balanced and rotated at no cost. I definitely went back and purchased a second vehicle at which was delivered to my job at the time. That @Earnhardtchevrolet is how you receive repeat business. Loyalty . These people Suck,so consumer beware when dealing with them! ' More

Since my last visit in Dec 2022, many improvements made at the service waiting area and checking in. Back to the old days, waiting area now with coffee and donuts in the morning.
