I have be reluctant to respond but since this is about the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive the fifth email I’ve received asking my opinion I’ll give it. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership, matter of fact I drive 30 miles out of my way to Keep coming back to this dealership. After my last visit it will be my last! This dealership has went downhill fast! Customer service is terrible parts of the service are not performed as required, lied to about services needed and then when questioned service advisor was advised he didn’t look at my truck he is just required to ask the questions. I will find a new place of business to have these services performed.. so sad this used to be a great place with friendly faces and wonderful customer service … shame on you Earnhardts! More

Came in for an oil change before a long trip out of town they found a leaking radiator hose that could have left me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree plus temps. No leak was visible where I par they found a leaking radiator hose that could have left me stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree plus temps.
