Without a doubt, Mark is the nicest, calmest, non-pushy considerate person I have met. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. My first REAL, and best experience buying a car So I had four objectives in getting a new car. 1.) I work around the clock so I didn't have time to haggle with anyone. I wanted to finance a car so I could work on improving my credit 3.) I was going buy the car I wanted 4.) I wanted to trade in the car I bought used at another dealership a year prior to buying what just bought. What I got: 2016 Dodge Charger RT Scat Pack - Red, and oh boy, is it ever a head turner! Ben Noland, Joey (sales manager), and Steve (paperwork/finance) were the gents I had to deal with and they made everything very simple. I know they get paid based on what they kill and take back to camp and they didn't actually make that obvious which is why chose them over another dealership that, relatively, had the car I wanted. When I reached the 8 other dealership, I literally copy and pasted a note stating my situation and I didn't have time to get "B.S'd" around. I can smell these situations coming a mile away (only 5 Dealerships even responded in my area). They worked diligently to get me a good rate, the car, I wanted, and made sure it looked 100% before I left. What a great feeling driving away in a car I can eventually hand down to my son. If I never buy another car, although the drive is far for me, I will only do it Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert, AZ. Not going to go into all the small details but I can say that I wasn't an easy client to deal with but I can say this... I'm A HAPPY ONE. See Ben or Joey at Earnhardt Dodge. With the help of Cory Kunselman we were able to reach an agreement. Cory wasn't working on Sunday, so he made arrangements with Ben Noland to be there to take care of me in purchasing my new truck.
