As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by Zachary Cruise, and he could definitely sense my hesitation. But, he started showing me around the dealership and made me feel really comfortable. Every dealership in the Valley I looked at, had minimal inventory, and I was looking specifically for a 4X4 2-door Rubicon, with manual transmission. Every dealership in the Valley I looked at, had minimal inventory, and what inventory they had did not meet my needs. Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge was not really in my part of town. Being a technology guy, I like the fact that you can review all the inventory on line, prior to going to the dealership. Mark Odin had contacted me regarding an online inquiry I had made regarding the Rubicon I was most interested in. The Jeep was actually in transit to the dealership, and Mark contacted me to let me know when the Jeep would be delivered. He notified me when it was on property, and informed me that it had to go through all the checks before it could be test driven. We set up some time that worked to come test drive the Jeep, and when we got there the Jeep was all ready, cleaned, and ready to go. Mark introduced me to all the folks I would be dealing with in the future, from the parts department to service department. We closed out with Ken Luther in the finance department, who made the final signing process extremely easy! Ken educated us on all the warranty options, and what would work best for our Jeep and our usage plans! Overall, our interaction with the folks and Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram was for sure No Bull!!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep! More
