2015 Dodge Durango I recently went to Earnhardt Dodge after going to 2 other dealerships in the previous days, looking to purchase a 2015 Durango. The other dealerships I recently went to Earnhardt Dodge after going to 2 other dealerships in the previous days, looking to purchase a 2015 Durango. The other dealerships did not have the one I was looking for (white with the blacktop package) but I found it on the Earnhardt website so I decided it would be worth the drive (about 40 minutes) to see if they could make it work with my budget. I was very impressed with the selection they had and they also had better pricing as well. When I got there the friendly receptionist connected me with the salesman, Mark Odin. He was very helpful and after telling him what I was looking to do, he worked it out in an efficient manner. Mark was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and showed me the different Durangos they had available to ensure i was making an informed decision. I ultimately decided to purchase the one i originally came to see. Mark was very patient with me and not pushy at all, He worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my decision and that it would fit within in my budget. Mark was able to make the deal work, after the 2 previous dealers told me it would be impossible to find what I was looking for within my budget. Thanks Mark! More

Great Experience! Was looking for a truck and went to Earnhardt. Met Jeff Herber who showed us some options. There was absolutely no pressure put on us which was great. about 6-8 weeks later we had test drove all the brands and decided on the Ram 1500. We found one we liked on the website and went back to Earnhardt. We asked for Jeff and he went and grabbed the keys, we test drove it and went in to see if we could make a deal. We were not pressured in any way and our negotiation only took about 15-20 minutes and we had a deal. Sid from finance was great as well and took really good care of us. Truck was cleaned up and delivered to us quickly. Jeff then went over all the features and if you haven't bought a new car lately, there's a LOT. Great stress free experience! Thanks Jeff! More

Our sales person was Angel Ramirez...FANTASTIC GUY! He helped us purchased a Jeep Cherokee Sport for thousands less than Chrysler employee's can even purchase one using their employee discount. I appreciate how patient Angel was with all of our questions. He made this purchase extremely easy...When we showed up, he greeted us with the keys to the Cherokee in his hands and allowed us to jump in and take it for a testdrive...I've never gone on a testdrive without the salesman before. Automatically I felt as sense of mutual trust. This allowed us to drive the car and speak candidly together about it without a salesperson present. I appreciated that! Each step of the sales process was simple and effortless on our behalf. There was even a stage of the sale regarding the interest rate that concerned me. Immediately Angel said he wanted to speak with a supervisor to see if he could help me with my concern...In less than a minute, Angel returned with the great news that my concerned was resolved as well as getting me another discount on top of all that he had already offered us.
