Worst experience I've ever had I had bought a brand new Dodge Dart on May 7th 2014. Since then I have had to go back to the dealership five time and been on at least 20 different ph I had bought a brand new Dodge Dart on May 7th 2014. Since then I have had to go back to the dealership five time and been on at least 20 different phone calls all for the same problem. The overhead console is falling completely out of the roof while I'm driving, and when I went to dodge the first two times all they did was try hitting it back in place. Once that didn't work they said that they where going to try ordering a new overhead console and promised it was going to take at most a week to receive it and fix it. I never got a call and a week passed witch I then had to call and question why I had not received a call. They then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take another week. This same process happened for a MONTH where I had to call THEM every week and they would promise me another week. All that time I had the same falling piece in my car that would almost cause me to get in car accidents. Finally after a month I had enough and asked for a service manager and he was not there so I talked to the parts manager. He was helpful and I got the new piece a week later as he promised. Two more months go by and I have a button fall off my steering wheel, squeaking breaks, and once again my overhead console is falling on me. I called September 30 2014 where I talked to a very rude man where he proceeded to tell me that if I thought my car was a health hazard that he would think I would be smart enough to bring the car in the dealership. When I explained I have multiple times and nothing was done and I would like to talk to a manager. He then said well who is the service person I had before and I once again explained that I wanted to talk to a manger and it needed to get taken care of today since I had almost gotten in a car accident earlier this morning because of this problem. He then said that I should just bring it in and he can just take the price completely out of the ceiling. When I asked how is it fair that I'm paying all this money for a whole in my ceiling he just said well the manager is busy so that's all I can do. I got really upset and drove to the dealership right away. I then ask for the service manager and he came out and took my car in the back and had his guy look at it AGAIN. he comes back ten minutes later and assures me that he is going to order ANOTHER part and all he did was apologize about the guy who was completely rude to me on the phone. So I am once again waiting for a part and who knows if the current one is going to fall on me again tomorrow when I drive to work. In my opinion the worst car, worst material, and the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. I wish I had never bought a Dodge Dart especially from this location. More
truck purcase just went to Earnhardt dodge off 202 and Val vista, all ready to purchase a truck, walking inside the building met with some Jeffrey guy, told him wha just went to Earnhardt dodge off 202 and Val vista, all ready to purchase a truck, walking inside the building met with some Jeffrey guy, told him what I need exactly, he said I will check for you and be back in few minutes, 45 minutes later while waiting we were approach by another lottery xx guy and asked us what are we waiting for..........................finally found Jeffrey outside leaning on the wall not even interested of selling anything, Mr lottery guy after saying he does not work here, went and talk to Jeffrey asked him about our truck that we were willing to buy on the spot, Jeffrey said you could have this one pointing at the truck parked right in front of the show room. Mr Earnhardt spend millions on advertisement that ain't no bull, this place is nothing but xxxxxxxxx. Keep your lottery tickets and your fake keys and all your other xxxxxxxxx to yourself. Too bad I live in the neighborhood and had hundreds in my community asking me about my truck that I had to go purchase from somewhere else for much much much less. More

Run from the place and don't buy any Chrysler vehicle! Do not ever buy a vehicle from Earnhardt Chrysler in AZ especially the Dodge Journey. My mother purchased this car with a 6 yr extended drive train wa Do not ever buy a vehicle from Earnhardt Chrysler in AZ especially the Dodge Journey. My mother purchased this car with a 6 yr extended drive train warranty so I could go to my cancer treatment in another city. Now my less than 3 year old car still looks great is giant pile of garbage. They would not honor the warranty and from what I hear from other customers is that they will find any way to get out of it. They were terrible at returning phone calls and sometimes never did. They told us different issues that were wrong with it when we called multiple times but kept changing their story. They had my car for weeks but provided no printout or written documentation of anything to diagnose what was going on. Now I'm totally screwed and have no means to get to my cancer treatment. DON"T EVERY BUY A DODGE or Chrysler and especially don't buy on from these guys. More

We didn't know where to start because there are so many misleading people out there. Since we have bought from Earnhardt in Gilbert before, we decided to start there. After talking to several people at Earnhardt, Mike Harding called. I had never spoken to him but within minutes, he was wanting to help us. Within 2 days he had sent pictures to me via e-mail, of the same type of truck we had owned, same amenities. After several days, we purchased the truck. Mike was extremely helpful, courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him as an honest, straight from the hip kind of guy. Thank you very much Mike. More

We have been doing business with Earnhardt now for 4 years and they always treat us great! There customer service department is to be complimented as well. They give outstanding service to all there clients. They always have a smile on there faces and they keep you up to date on your oil changes and any services needed on your vehicle. They also send you coupons for free oil changes. There new location is awesome! They have a great area for customers to get water, coffee, snacks, TV watching and a separate area for children to play. I have to say my main compliment is for our salesman, Joe Cann, "aka" Radio Joe. He gave us the best service and made the buying process easy. This is our second purchase using Joe and this man is a professional. He's funny, polite and makes you feel like you are the only person he has to deal with. We went in on Memorial Weekend and the place was hopping. We had made an appt. with Joe ahead of time and got there early but Joe came out to get us and let us know that he was with a customer and would be with us as soon as he could. We were offered water, coffee and shown where we could get donuts, popcorn etc. After a short while, Joe came back and asked us what we were looking for. We then went looking at vehicles and ended up with a Jeep Patriot. Joe didn't pressure us in anyway to buy something more expensive or to buy a vehicle we didn't want. Joe is for the customer - he is a "no pressure kind of guy." If you want great service and a great shopping experience with no hassels - ask for Radio Joe and tell him Dave & Ellen Johnson sent you. Where to begin.... Went in to purchase a 2014 R/T Charger. After working with Salesman was handed off to finance, associate came, and had a folded piece of paper, he would not show me any numbers or Charger. Told me trade was $11k, although I know the kbb is like mid $13's, get kbb doesn’t sale cars, but they still could work with me on this. Told payment was $700, told them what is the interest rate, was told oh he did not tell me, must be the middleman. Said I know I could get at least $14k for car at xxxxx, bluntly told me well go there then, strike 1. Told him forget it at $700, then he said how about $600, wow $100 off, said nope and walked out... In addition to the comment to go elsewhere and not letting me see any figures I had enough, All Bull.... So 2 days later, get a call from Jaime from finance, left me message of "I see we tried to work on a deal but could not get the figure you wanted, give me a call..." Called him, left message, and no call back. Next day called again and they passed me off to Jeff. Told Jeff the above experience, that I wanted to see figures, as I did not want that Auto Butler or Alarm that tacks on almost $2k, said understood, said he needed to talk to his Director in Finance, came back and stated we got you a single digit interest rate, still wouldn’t tell me, and we will give you $12k now for trade. Okay what is monthly, stated $600...? Stated need it to be at $550, said with a couple grand down, they could get me too that... Discussed with wife, we agreed and I called Jeff back, left message, had return call from the number with no message and call back... This time passed off to the Director of Finance (so he said), told him what Jeff and I discussed, told me nooooo the monthly was $659 and they wanted $7500 to get me to $550 and now interest rate went to over 11%, xxx!!! Told him well that is not what Jeff said, he told me well due to your misunderstanding or Jeff's the information was incorrect. Said what you mean my misunderstanding, your finance guys told me that, he started to get mad at me, told him "Worst Dealership I have ever worked with!!!” hung up.... Proceeded to call GM, because at this point, who cares, they want to be All Bull going to let them know this experience. Talked to GM, Frank, told him what happened, he apologized said would get to the bottom of this and would get a call later.. Two days later, nothing, so evidently this dealership is all about, lies and xx… Heck if the GM doesn’t care how customers are treated then goes to show why the staff does…. Advice, drive on by…. How the heck are they #1 for 9 straight years?? More
