An amazingly calm and enjoyable experience! Mike Harding never made you feel like a customer, but a friend. I felt nothing but open arms from the beginning, and it was obvious I wasn't just a normal everyda never made you feel like a customer, but a friend. stopped in at Earnhardt Dodge and bought a car. Have to say that everything was good. Meet a salesperson Andrew Sparks and really know everything about the Jeep's. A little frustrating. Dealer had a lot of "hidden cost" like $700 for auto butler seems crazy to me. And joe didn't understand that I wanted me truck for 38k out the door. He told me on the phone ya no problem but I get there and it was 44k. 7 hours later I got what I wanted but that's it. I know all dealers have xx. Greg Trapp was the most helpful guy there and honest. Didn't hide cost or anything. All in all I drove away in a new truck but would hesitate to send family there without at least looking around first. More
