Wife brought car in at 4pm to Service Dept for a check-engine lamp. Service Dept Hours show open until 6pm. Was told car would have to remain overnight. She arrived at 7am, 2.5 hours later and the car still has not been looked at. We have been loyal customers at Earnhardt. We will not be back and will no longer refer our friends and family.
