We arrived at the dealer with the idea we might purchase a used Jeep. Not really understanding that people dont usually trade in Jeeps in AZ. Despite what seemed like forever in hindsight we found the perfect car, it fit our needs and we were then walked through the purchase. Sean actually was able to save us some by financing us at the dealership even though we were preapproved by another lender. His personality and kind manner along with his professional answers and overall manner made this the best experience we have had in over 10 years. Thank for your time and we realized on the way out he had been the salesman of the year numerous times on the award plaques displayed in the rear of the dealerships. First, Jeff Brandon was an amazing salesman. He did not have the van i wanted in stock, but he searched for it and found it and had it brought to his dealership. He was quick to respond to emails and alwa have the van i wanted in stock, but he searched for it and found it and had it brought to his dealership. He was quick to respond to emails and always up front and told the truth along the away. I paid cash and did not need financing. I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before i could pay for the van. I do not blame this on Jeff at all. If you are going to pay cash, there should not be a wait at all. I could have been home by 330. Instead, it was 530. I would definitely work with Jeff again. More
