We purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. We found the vehicle on the Jeep site by searching the new inventory and saw that it was in transit. We requested an out-the-door price for the vehicle which he texted shortly but contained some dealer value added features. After a quick phone call, the dealer features were removed, and the new quote was texted to us. Earnhardt does not value trade-ins until the new vehicle arrives due the volatile nature of the used car market these days. Rudy sent us the shipping manifest which showed the vehicle was scheduled to arrive in AZ by rail in 2-3 weeks. He contacted us several times with status updates. Once the new vehicle was at the dealership, Earnhardt valued our trade-in from pictures and information we provided. It was somewhat less than a competing offer from CarMax but the Earnhardt offer was firm and the CarMax offer required an appraisal inspection. We accepted Earnhardt's offer after they raised it. Rudy welcomed us to the dealership and after a brief test drive to buying process began. It could not have gone smoother. Ken in finance gave us the obligatory extended warranty pitch, which was informative but not high pressure. When we told him we weren't interested, he moved on to complete the sale. We highly recommend Earnhardt. More

$50 Gift Card for driving a Dodge Ram is a scam! We requested to drive a Dodge Ram and sales person asked us upon arrival--"do you really want to drive a Dodge Ram or just get the $50". He said we didn't have to drive a vehicle and that he could just get us the $50 then he totally blew us off! We were really interested in finding a dealership to purchase a Jeep and thought the $50 introductory offer would be a good way to check out the dealership. Well, it was a good way to see the true colors of a few sales people. We were totally disregarded--passed off and still haven't received the gift card as advertised on their website.
