We had and a wonderful experience from start to finish when purchasing our new Challenger at Earnhardt’s. The sales manager was great too and came over to see if we had questions and explain the process. The finance rep was very personable and took the time to answer all our questions. Another sales manager, Manny, has called me multiple times since the purchase just to see how things are going and check if I’m having any issues. Also Manny followed the process of my Katzkin seats to make sure they were installed timely. David has called and checked on my car as well. Something was installed on my vehicle after the purchase (we forgot the day I bought the car) and my salesman drove to my house to pick up my car and left me a loaner for the day and then brought my car back later that evening after the part was installed and my vehicle detailed. They truly have been unbelievable to work with and have earned a repeat customer. More
