I have dealt with Sean and CELL. This is my granddaughter‘s first car and he is very helpful and getting me a good one for her when she saw it. Sean treated his fight fairly and I said I dealt with him a few other deals and always stood behind him and took care of us. Earnhardts is the only dealership I bought cars since 95 when he was over in rural and baseline Earnhardt is a very good dealership and good maintenance people too. We recently leased a Jeep Wagoneer from ECJDR. The initial experience was promising—our salesperson, Brandon, was courteous and low-pressure, and we felt we got a fair deal on the vehicle. Unfortu The initial experience was promising—our salesperson, Brandon, was courteous and low-pressure, and we felt we got a fair deal on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the positives end there. According to Jeep’s own website, every Wagoneer is supposed to come with a 110V trickle charger. When I pointed this out to Brandon, it didn’t make a difference—we were not provided one. The dealership’s explanation was that we declined the 220V L2 charger (for free charging miles). However, declining the 220V option should not negate the inclusion of the standard 110V charger. We also negotiated two items as part of our lease agreement: 1. Window tinting on the glass roof 2. All-weather floor mats It took nearly a month—and several follow-ups—before the tinting was finally completed. As of today, nearly three months later, we still haven’t received the floor mats. Despite repeated texts, calls, and voicemails to Brandon, Balal, and the Sales Management Team, we’ve received no response. Once we passed the 30-day review window (which we didn’t complete because the promised items hadn’t been delivered), it feels like the dealership stopped caring altogether. This experience has reminded us why we’ve avoided car dealerships in the past—and unfortunately, this one has lived up to the worst stereotypes. More
