I bought my Jeep from Courtesy but brought it to Earnhardt for a major concern I was having. I bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S (JLU). I loved every minute of driving it until Earnhardt for a major concern I was having. I bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S (JLU). I loved every minute of driving it until at about 1k miles every time I start my Jeep at the beginning of the day or any time it’s been sitting more than a few hours and shift into any gear (automatic 8 speed trans) it makes a loud clunking noise and a small jolt. I expressed these concerns to service advisor Brandon and he claimed it was normal operation and that the rear drive shaft is engaging causing it to make a loud clunk, on a Jeep who currently 3,662 miles. I insisted on finding a Jeep of the same exact build as mine to prove that the noise was not consistent upon all Jeeps of my model. The stock Jeep on Earnhardt’s lot upon a cold start up made no noise, as my Jeep once did, when shifted into gear (as supposed to) I receive a call from Brandon at 5:12 PM stating my car was finished. I went to the dealership and he stated nothing was wrong the technician looked at it the softwares were updated its good to go. The noise still not being identified and fixed he said “what do you want me to do for you chandler?” I had arrived 45 minutes prior to the Service Department closing and requested to speak to the manager in which I was denied over the phone and I saw pass me multiple times. My concerns were not brought to his attention before Brandon informed me they were closed and they would not pay for my rental car passed today because my Jeep is fine. I then went into to speak with Jay Underwood who tried to convince me that this is normal operation for a cold Jeep the trans oil would need to heat up, but the noise could not be duplicated on their cold Jeep. He told me to start a lot of every time in which I have already done and that they would call me sometime next week (obviously of not major concern to them). I felt like me and my Jeep were a huge burden to everyone there and they wanted me out instead of trying to resolve a major issue. I would never recommend buying or servicing your cars anywhere near a dealership with the Earnhardt name. Stay far far away. Terrible experience, they do not want to fix the underlying issue at their own cost so they are pushing me away until my issue becomes larger and there is no warranty coverage. More

He set up an appointment to go over the vehicle with us and then didn’t even have the decency or professionalism to either cancel or reschedule he just didn’t show up and handed us over to some stranger that knew barely anything about the vehicle we purchased so we were left to do it on our own but we were asked more than once by this dealership to leave a 5 star review. Makes you wonder if these reviews on here are real.. it certainly was not our experience. Would NEVER recommend any friend or associate here. More

Excellent purchasing experience I contacted Earnhardt’s via internet about several vehicles that were close to what I was looking for. I was replied to quickly and was able to make I contacted Earnhardt’s via internet about several vehicles that were close to what I was looking for. I was replied to quickly and was able to make an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived I was met by Mark Mulus and he informed me that Charles Swagger would show me the vehicle I was interested in. We went for a test drive and Charles inspected the truck I was trading. Mark met with me and Charles with the prices and all was good and I made the deal. The only thing that I did not care for was that the truck had dealer add on items that I would have liked to choose myself, however they did reduce the price of a each one, and I added a hitch receiver. When I picked up the truck it was ready and paperwork went smoothly. Charles found that floor mats in rear were missing and he took care in getting ones installed. Charles also found a small scratch on rear corner panel and started a work order for it to be repaired. Overall it was an excellent and smooth transaction. More
