I expanded my search to include the Phoenix area and found the truck with the options I wanted at several dealers. While they were all fine, Kendra was the real standout. She worked hard to answer all my questions, take additional pictures and worked to get the deal I needed. After an all-day drive from Southern California the last thing I wanted was a bunch of dealer xx trying to upsell me on add-ons. I couldn't be more pleased with what I encountered. Kendra met me immediately as well as the sales manager, they offered me something to drink and a comfortable place to sit while they inspected my trade. My truck was not only ready for me but washed, fueled and parked inside the showroom waiting for me. The satellite radio was already set up and registered in my name. The paperwork took about 5 minutes with no high-pressure sales. The whole experience could not have been better. Earnhardt's customer experience didn't stop with the sale. I've been working with John in the parts department on some additional equipment and he's been working very hard to ensure my part comes with everything I need. Bought 3 jeeps together in one transaction from Gilbert Earnhardt, all three were top of the line Rubicon models with all the bells and whistles. that is not it, between me and my family we have been loyal and bought multiple cars in many years from earnhardt. Wish we gave our business to someone else. When we purchased the three Jeep JL Rubicon's Unlimited, we wanted them certain way. sales person was able to get that accept one. which he was unable to get me one with hardtop, to keep the sales, he insisted that once we buy the jeep, we are automatically a part of "jeep Wave program", which would offer us the hardtop of Jeep for around $1000. which would be same price as an upgrade at the time of new jeep purchase. Now finally that the hard tops are available from Wave program/Jeep/Mopar to buy, there is no such thing as paying $1000 for hard top for Jeep customers, instead they are around $2800. We believe we were cheated by Earnhardt, even after giving them so much business in years and in one day. the name of the salesperson was Andres. After buying the jeep i tried contacting Andres multiple times but he would ignore my calls. At this point i'm under the impression that Earnhardt cheated us. It's a Car Dealer Fraud. If not resolved, I'll be taking legal actions!!!! More

Watch Out Leased a 2019 Charger Hellcat April 4th 2019. Signed and reviewed the agreement to provide insurance page of the lease documents. Emailed my insurance information to the sales manager as requested. Dealer said I was good to go and let me leave the lot. May 28th I get a letter from Chrysler Capital telling me my insurance is insufficient and I need to make changes. The changes they require will cost me about another 250 a month in insurance. In addition to this I keep getting calls about a GPS device they left in my car that I need to go have them remove. This is what you can expect at earnhardt dodge...... More
