Big volume, good service I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current locati I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current location offers more brands for sale and a much larger service facility than its predecessor. Frequently, when a dealership grows to huge proportions from its original state, the service department does not expand proportionally to the demand created for service; resulting in long wait times for automotive maintenance. This does not apply to the Earnhardt CJDR facility. There stands 3 service lanes prepared to in-process ones vehicle for maintenance. The lanes are manned by a platoon of specialist entering your car, Jeep or truck into their system. My vehicles when enrolled for service are frequently completed in an hour or two from entry. I currently take my third RAM and third Jeep to Earnhardt for servicing and they receive the same quality handling as the first two of each respective brand. . More

Even after my purchase Tom made sure that everything was going good and that I was happy with my purchase. The next day I went to drop off the 2nd key to my trade, he was still trying to wipe down a couple water stains from my new truck to make sure it looked spotless. TRY NO OTHER DEALER BUT THIS ONE Went to 4 dealers in area with cash. This was my last one to try. Dealers can be a waist of time but this one didnt waste it. I liked a Ram truck, drove it, told them Im paying XXXXX.XX amount or Im leaving. The experienced sales men brought his manager over. Before he tried to convince me I needed to pay more I became stern with my purchase in one sentence. 2 minutes later Im on my way to financing. The longest part about this deal was the secretary losing count of all of the cash she was counting. Ill be back but send her to elementary again. Great buying experience, Love their service too, warranty dept. If your buying ALWAYS buy the WARRANTY!!!
