Sparing you the details of how I somehow went from seeking a Challenger T/A for me... to a GC for the lovely bride, suffice it to say it seemed the right thing to do. So there's that. Fresh on the payroll for that dealership, Deven approached me with limited Jeep sales experience. But what she lacked in product "expertise", she more than made up in areas of sincerity, honesty, a genuine interest to satisfy all questions by seeking out her Manager (Joey). After a few visits, and signing on the dotted line, we noticed that the vehicle's USB port was faulty. It took 3 visits for the techs to finally determine the true cause, but Deven remained engaged the entire time, ensuring my wife received a loaner EACH VISIT as well as personalized attention. It was quite impressive to see the team stick with their goal of resolving this stubborn challenge, and Deven did her part to light fires where needed! I'm honestly not sure if this is SOP with all of Earnhardt's sales staff, but it's indeed accurate to say that Deven represents the kind of positive branding for which the Earnhardt Group consistently strives.
